Each pack contains 5 sheets and each sheet has 12 pieces (6 tape sandwiches) total of 30 sandwiches. These hair extension tape tabs are made of quality adhesive material, convenient and durable. Only black color comes with pre-cut design in the middle of each hair extension tape. 
Recommend wear is 6-8 weeks. We recommend using Evelina Beauty salon Tape-In Remover to get best results.
