Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We use UPS and USPS as shipping carrier. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. No address or product changes can be made after you have placed your order. Evelina beauty salon is not responsible for lost or damaged products.
We process and ship all orders as soon as possible. If your order is marked as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service, yet you do not physically have them it is up to the customer, not Evelina Beauty Salon to contact the local postal service to follow up with the problem. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, Evelina Beauty salon is not liable to refund or resend your order.
